The Music Foundation is happy to provide some financial assistance toward the cost of any music department sponsored trip.
In order to be considered for assistance, please print and complete the following form and submit it to the Music Foundation
NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 14, 2026!

Please note: this requires a note from your director too! Don't delay in completing the form!
