If you are an MRHS Music student or parent you are automatically a MRHS Music Foundation Member, as we do not charge dues for membership. However, at 550 students and growing every year, MRHS Music Department is one of the largest in the nation, and has a budget to match! Outside support funding is shrinking annually, so even with some help in funding from HCPSS (<3% of budget) and MRHS Boosters, the level of additional financial support required for this large an organization is about $200 per student per year. Families, near- and far- relations, friends and businesses are invited to aid in this effort through our Patron program and other fundraising efforts throughout the year. Since we are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all Patron & general donations are tax-deductible and support the entire department - we're happy to provide a donation receipt!!
