CutTime Student Accounts
This web-based application will house student and parent contact information, track Student Account activity, and be the PRIMARY method of sending announcements from the Music Foundation to parents and students. Not all messages will go through Canvas.
Every music student has an individual student account. This is the record of money you have either paid/owe for music-related expenses like concert attire, or earned through Music Foundation student fundraisers like World’s Finest Chocolates.
How Do You Access the CutTime System?
All NEW Music Parents/Guardians and Students will receive a Welcome Message from CutTime that will invite you to login to your student account dashboard via a “Magic Link”.
Your access email and text messages will be sent to the information you have on file with HCPSS. If your info with the school is incorrect, please make sure you get it updated or you will not receive the notifications. CutTime uses SMS as the primary mode of communication, but you may reply "STOP" to CutTime's phone number(s) to opt out of receiving text messages and designate email as your preferred communication method if you wish.
Once you receive our first message from CutTime, don’t forget to bookmark your dashboard page for future access; no logon id or password is necessary. From the dashboard, you can:
· View Announcements
· Check Fundraising Credits
· Check Assigned Costs & Payments
· View and E-Sign Documents
· Make Donations to the Music Foundation or your Student Fundraising Account
If you are an existing music parent or student, you should already have access to your account. If you don’t remember how to get into your CutTime account, just follow these directions to resend the Magic Link:
