If you hope to be chosen as a chaperone for Spring Trip, please complete the interest form included in your student's Commitment Packet (or click the button below to print a new copy), and send it to school with your student to place in the Music Foundation deposit box. We typically get a lot of interest in chaperoning this trip, so get your form in early!

All interest forms are due NO LATER THAN November 2, 2026!
Selected chaperones will be notified by email no later than Nov 18th.

If you are selected as a chaperone, you MUST have completed the two volunteer training procedures for HCPSS schools on Confidentiality and Child Abuse/Neglect. Click the button below to access the training modules and their certificates.
Print and sign the Completion Certificate for each course, and send the completed certificates to school for deposit in the Music Foundation box.  [Note: you must renew these training certificates every year, even if you did it last year.]
