 Congratulations to the 2024 US Bands Maryland State Champion Mustang Marching Band! The Marching Band competed on Saturday, October 26th at the US Bands Maryland/Virginia State Championships at Stevenson University. 23 Bands from Maryland and Virginia competed for championships. Marriotts Ridge achieved the highest score of all of the A Class bands at the competition and even outscored the Open Class 5A bands. They set a school record for the highest score achieved in a competition at a 94.6. As they now head into National Championships week, Marriotts Ridge currently has the highest score posted of the season in Class 5A competition. On Sunday, November 3rd they head to J. Birney Crum stadium in Allentown, PA for their final performance of the season at the US Bands National Championships. The performance is at 7pm. You can view the entire performance schedule at this link https://usbands.org/events/details.php?ID=1077
